Sunday Sliders

I had some leftover meat mixtures that I wanted to use up today, so I decided to make my first ever sliders for today’s football game (Pats won, big sigh of relief!).  First up: leftover ham loaf.  Since it was still raw, I formed small patties with the mixture and baked them at 375°F for about 25 minutes.  I also had some filling left from the last time I made crescent roll cheeseburgers, which was already cooked.  Once the ham loaf patties were cooked, I used a multigrain pizza crust I found in the refrigerated dough section of the grocery, and cut small squares out of the crust.  I baked them for 8 minutes at 400°F, then put the ham loaf patties and cheeseburger mixture on the squares, topping each with another pizza crust square.  10 more minutes at 400° and they were perfectly done!  A little ketchup and mayonnaise and they were ready to eat.  Absolutely delicious, and I will definitely try these again with different types of meats/veggies.
