I am a freelance violist and private teacher.  Once upon a time, I was in the Army Strings for eight years, but that feels like a lifetime ago.  Some of the things likely to be found in this blog include but are not limited to: the many books I read; memories of past trips; documentation of future trips; being on the road for gigs; past musical experiences; my obsession with organization; my obsession with personal finance and early retirement; being a military spouse…

I am an unapologetic atheist and capitalist and childfree by choice, but you won’t find a lot of religious or political writing here.  There’s plenty enough of that already on the web.

  1. Anjali–of course you don’t know me, but I stumbled upon your old blog about 3 years ago and was addicted to your stories–especially of your detailed recaps of Basic Training. I’m also a graduate of CCM, and generally, I enjoy reading other musicians’ blog, so I’m so glad you’re back! Really enjoy your writing. All the best,

  2. Anjali, Greetings! I went to Woodstock in the 70’s, am working on my blog, earthethics.org and was searching for some photos, found yours, they are stunning. Can I have your permission to use them on my site with ‘courtesy of Anjali Lind’ ? If so, please let me know, my email, pkwilley@wiseearthpublishers.com Keep up your good works! Love, Kamala

  3. Hello, could you send me your email address? I may like to use one of your pictures of Seoul for a publication, would it that be ok for you? Greets
